How long will it take to get an order?
Two weeks from date artwork has been approved in writing plus transit time.

Can I combine different styles of garments for my order?
Yes, you may combine any number of styles for your order

What is the largest print area?
We can print to a maximum of 15″ wide by 16″ tall. However, we may be able to go beyond this depending on the artwork.

What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time is 7-10 business days. We can work with you on rush orders. Please call for details.

Can I combine different colors of garments for my order?
Yes, most designs will print well on different shirt colors. As long as the artwork and the ink colors won’t change.

What is the minimum order?
(36) garments is our minimum per design.

Do I have to provide the artwork or can you create something for me?
Yes we can create the artwork if you give me a brief idea of what you would like on the garment depending on the difficulty of the artwork it will be about 1-3 days before you receive artwork via e-mail. We also need the type of color shirt you would be interested in and the ink colors you would like.

Can I get a sample of the t-shirt before I order?
Yes, you may order a sample of a blank garment prior to placing your order.

Do you embroider garments?
Yes. Online quotations are not yet available for embroidery, so please email us your image and we’ll contact you with pricing information.

Can we pay after we receive the order?
We prefer that payment is made prior to printing either by check, credit card or money order.

Can I pay when I pick up the garment?
Yes. However we would still need to have 50% of the order paid prior to printing and the balance can be paid at time of pick up.

What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS Ground and Fed ex.

How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping is based on weight and is added to the invoice at the time of shipping.

What are your office hours?
Our office is staffed Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific time.

What finishing services do you provide?
As a full service operation, we also offer folding, poly-bagging, changing labels, drop shipping, and more. Just let us know how we can help.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal and business checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and Purchase Orders.

What are my shipping options?
We use UPS for ground shipments. Please call for further details.
